Hotel Policies

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in available upon request (subject to availability)
  • Late check-out can be arranged with prior notice
  • Express check-out available

Payment & Cancellation

  • We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and bank transfers
  • A valid credit card is required for booking confirmation
  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
  • Cancellations within 48 hours: one night charge applies
  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount

Guest Policies

  • Valid government-issued ID required at check-in
  • Maximum occupancy must be adhered to as per room type
  • Visitors are allowed in public areas only
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • Respect for fellow guests and staff is expected

Children Policy

  • Children of all ages are welcome
  • Children under 6 stay free when using existing bedding
  • Extra bed for children (6-12): $15 per night
  • Baby cots available upon request (complimentary)
  • Babysitting services can be arranged with advance notice

Pet Policy

  • We are a pet-friendly hotel
  • Pets are allowed with prior approval
  • Additional cleaning fee may apply
  • Pets must be kept on leash in common areas
  • Owners are responsible for their pet's behavior

Smoking Policy

  • All indoor areas are strictly non-smoking
  • Designated outdoor smoking areas are available
  • Violation will result in a $100 cleaning fee
  • E-cigarettes and vaping included in this policy

Food & Beverage

  • Complimentary breakfast included with all bookings
  • Room service available 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM
  • Outside food allowed in rooms
  • Special dietary requirements catered with advance notice
  • Minibar charges will be added to your bill

Parking & Transportation

  • Free on-site parking for all guests
  • Airport/train station pickup can be arranged
  • Taxi services available through reception
  • Tour arrangements and vehicle rentals available
  • Secure parking with 24/7 surveillance

Important Notes

  • 1.Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest
  • 2.The hotel is not responsible for valuables not stored in the room safe
  • 3.Damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest
  • 4.All rates are subject to applicable government taxes
  • 5.Rates and policies may change without prior notice
